Lauren has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading Interventions and Structured English Immersion. She earned her Master's Degree from Arizona State University in both Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona as well as a Certified Autism Specialist.

Andrew is a lifelong Arizona resident and attended Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University to achieve a Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Andrew has been working in the field of ABA for over 4 years and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
